Pressure vessels
In-service inspection and condition assessment of pressure equipment, with API 510 and AICIP inspection capabilities.
Inspection & asset integrity
Inspection and quality support across the asset lifecycle—from structures and fabricated components to pressure equipment and storage assets.
In-service inspection and condition assessment of pressure equipment, with API 510 and AICIP inspection capabilities.
API 570 piping inspection, corrosion monitoring and inspection planning to support informed maintenance decisions.
API 653 aboveground storage tank inspection and condition assessment for maintenance and repair planning.
Non-destructive testing arranged through specialist subcontractors, with methods and scope agreed for each project. Where NATA-accredited testing is required, the provider’s accreditation scope must cover the specific testing service.
Inspection and test plan review, fabrication inspection, documentation checks and verification support against agreed project specifications.
Risk-based inspection, corrosion assessment and asset integrity management support to help prioritise inspection and maintenance.
Visual inspection and condition reporting for structural steelwork, platforms, walkways, pipe racks and equipment supports. Checks for visible corrosion, damage and deterioration of members, welds and connections.
Welding inspection arranged through suitably qualified specialist subcontractors for structural steelwork, pressure equipment and fabricated components. Applicable inspection qualifications, acceptance criteria and any accreditation requirements are confirmed for the scope.
Corrosion surveys, subcontracted ultrasonic thickness measurement and condition reporting to support maintenance planning and further engineering assessment where required.
Inspection planning, site coordination, repair follow-up and reporting support for shutdown and maintenance activities.
Inspection and condition reporting for heat exchangers, drums, separators, columns and other stationary process equipment. Pressure-boundary inspection, accessible internals and associated supports are scoped to the asset, service conditions and applicable requirements.
Inspection support for underground tanks: inspection-history review, assessment of safely accessible components, and condition reporting within an agreed scope. Specialist tank tightness testing, leak-detection verification, environmental assessment and decommissioning are separately scoped and require suitably qualified providers.
Project support
Support for site-based work, shutdowns and project-specific inspection engagements. Services are accepted within demonstrated competency, current certification scope and available resources. Welding inspection and NDT are delivered by specialist subcontractors; SVS coordinates the scope and reporting. Any required NATA-endorsed report is issued by the accredited provider within its accreditation scope. SVS Integrity Services does not claim NATA accreditation.
Inspection methods, applicable standards, reporting requirements, access arrangements and deliverables are agreed before the work begins. Underground tank inspection is distinct from API 653 aboveground tank inspection; a visual condition report does not establish that a buried tank is leak-tight. Safe access, isolation and any confined-space requirements must be addressed before inspection. Structural inspection covers observed condition and inspection findings; structural design verification, load-capacity assessment and engineering certification require a separately agreed scope with an appropriately qualified engineer.
